Our School Boys and Girls

• Should always be friendly with others in and out of the school, ready to lend a helping hand to their parents, brothers and sisters. In school to the teachers and companions and any unattended visitor they happen to meet in the school premises.
• Should never fun of the old and the poor, nor make fun of the disabled and unfortunate members of society.
• Should respect the beauty of their classroom and the premises, also report any damages that they observe.
• Should always be truthful whatever the cost maybe.
• Should learn and observe good manners in Pooja room, Assembly hall, Library or elsewhere.

General

• Parents advised to keep the school informed of any change in postal address or change in telephone numbers, in writing as this is very vital in case of emergencies.
• Whenever Parents/Guardians come to the school, they must make it a point to visit the School Office. Please take permission before meeting your child/children.
• Please refrain from giving any valuables to the children like watches, Cell Phones, cameras, audio/visual equipment etc. The school will not be responsible for any loss or damage of the same.
• Parents are strictly prohibited from giving tips of any kind, money or gifts to any servant or member of the staff. Breach of this will be viewed very seriously.
• The school management reserves the right to change, amend, add or delete any of the above mentioned rules and regulations, at any time without prior notice.

Rules Concerning Absence

• Anyone who is late or has been absent on the previous day will not be admitted to the class without the permission of the Principal or in her absence the Supervisor in charge.
• Leave of absence is not granted except on prior written application from Parent/Guardian and during unforeseen circumstances.
• For leave of absence for 1-3 days it is sufficient to apply through pages of the school diary.
• For leave of absence for more than 3 days a letter must be sent and also a note made by the Parent/Guardian for the information of teacher in the school diary leave record.
• Absence from school during Test/Examination will not be Condoned. The school conducts no re-test or Re-examination except when student is required to represent the school in some activities outside, or in some special cases exemption may be granted on medical grounds which shall be certified by a registered medical practitioner.
• Every absence (sick leave or otherwise) must be entered briefly in the Non-Attendance Record pages in the diary.
