Marathi Rajbhasha Day Celebrated with Enthusiasm at Shree Maharishi Vidya Mandir Chandrapur, 27/02/2025 Students of Shree Maharishi Vidya Mandir, Datala, joyfully celebrated Marathi Rajbhasha Day on 27th February 2025. The birth anniversary of renowned poet and writer Kusumagraj (Vishnu Vaman Shirwadkar) is observed as Marathi Rajbhasha Day. Students from grades 1 to 8 actively participated in the event, which was part of a Marathi Week organized in the school. Various competitions were conducted by the Marathi Department for different classes: Grades 1 & 2: Recitation of shlokas and nursery rhymes Grade 3: Spelling competition Grade 4: Word game Grade 5: Dictation Grade 6: Spontaneous writing Grade 7: Thoughtful quotes Grade 8: Opinion-based competition As part of the celebration, students performed Marathi solo dances, group songs, abhang/bhajans, moral stories, and monodramas. Additionally, students from grades 7 and 8 presented the Maharashtra Geet. Swati Madpuwar teacher shared insights about the significance of Marathi Rajbhasha Day. The primary aim of this celebration was to instill love for the Marathi language among students and enrich their understanding of it. The event was successfully conducted under the guidance of the school Principal, Mrs. Sreelakshmi Murthy, Vice Principal Mrs. Nisha Mehta, and the Marathi Department teachers. The program was hosted and concluded with a vote of thanks by Mrs. Purva Puranik. The President of Gurukul Shiksha Sanstha Shri. Girish Chandak, Secretary Shri. Dattatraya Kancharlawar and all other Management Members extended their best wishes on the occasion of Marathi Rajbhasha Day.

From the bright yellow outfits to the lively decorations, the entire school radiated with positivity and warmth, reflecting the vibrant energy of the color yellow. Students participated in a variety of creative and engaging activities, including art and craft sessions, where they made beautiful sunflowers, smiley faces, and other yellow-themed creations. Shree Maharishi Vidya Mandir Organized Seminar for parents Teaching Learning Process. "Parenting is a lifelong journey". As parents, we have an important responsibility. Every parent wants to be a good parent and role model for their children. But effective parenting is not easy. It is a journey of trial and error, continuous learning and growing together with your child. The task can be daunting. Mrs. Sree Lakshmi Murthy, Principal of Shree Maharishi Vidya Mandir helped our parents towards achieving the parenting goal. She guided the parents to understand the ways to enjoy the parenting and have a healthy parenting for the children. Independence Day was celebrated with enthusiasm at Shree Maharishi Vidya Mandir, Datala. In this programme Chief Guest were Dr. Kuber Kotpalliwar, President of Kuber Multispecialty Hospital Chandrapur, President of Gurukul Shiksha Sanstha Shri. Girish Chandak, Vice-President Smt. Vasudha Kancharlawar, Secretary Shri. Dattatraya Kancharlawar, Treasure Shri. Anupam Chilke and Members Shri. Virendra Jaiswal, Shri. Umesh Chandak, Smt. Alka Chandak, Principal Smt. Sreelakshmi Murthy and Vice-Principal Smt. Nisha Mehta were present. The program started with flag hoisting and garlanding the freedom fighters photos. Patriotic songs were presented by the students of classes II and VII. Class IX student Samruddha Kalinkar presented a speech in English on the occasion. Class VIII student Kritika Zade explained the importance of Independence Day in Hindi. Sharvari Mude, a student of class VII, presented her thoughts on Independence Day in Marathi through a speech. On this occasion, the students of class VII and VIII presented a patriotic dance and the girls of class VI, VII and VIII also presented a patriotic dance. President of Gurukul Shiksha Sanstha Shri. Girish Chandak told about the independence of the country in his speech. It was also told that as we are independent so we cannot participate in freedom struggles but, we can do our part to make this country great in the name of our forefathers, while paying attention to studies. Chief guest Dr. Kuber in his speech told about those freedom fighters that we do not even remember. He also told that the people of our country are getting success all over the world. The program was conducted by Arpita Gupta and Aarohi Dakhane, class X students. School teachers Pranita Ballewar, Sadhana Wadhai, Namrata Pittulwar and sports teachers extended full cooperation to make the program a success.
